Remember, this process requires IzyMail subscription. Follow the instructions given below.

  • The very first thing you need to do is that your Windows Live Hotmail account must be registered with IzyMail.
  • On the iPhone Home screen, there is a Settings icon. Touch it.
  • Next touch, Mail, Contacts, and Calendars.
  • Below Account, you will select Add Accounts
  • Touch Other
  • Touch “Add Mail Account”
  • Below Name, you will enter your name.
  • Below Address, you will touch your Windows Live Hotmail address.
  • You will enter your Windows Live Hotmail password below Password.
  • Below Description, you will touch “IzyMail Hotmail”
  • Touch Save.
  • Touch Ok (to the error message).
  • Select IMAP
  • Below Incoming Mail server
  • Below Host Name, you need to enter “in.izymail.com”
  • You need to make sure that your full Windows Live Hotmail address is typed below username.
  • Below Outgoing Mail Server
  • Now here you will enter ‘out.izymail.com’ below Host Name.
  • Next, you will be verifying your Windows Live Hotmail address below Username.
  • Touch Save
  • Next, touch ‘Yes’ to let iPhone Mail try to connect without SSL encryption
  • You will be back in Mail, Contacts and Calendar…settings, touch IzyMail Hotmail
  • Touch Advanced
  • Select Drafts Mailbox
  • Below On the Server, you will select Draft
  • Touch Advanced
  • Choose Send Mailbox
  • Below On the Server, you will select Sent
  • Touch Advanced for one more time
  • Select Deleted Mailbox
  • Below On the Server, you will select Trash
  • Press the Home button.

  • From the iPhone Home screen, open ‘Settings’
  • Touch ‘Mail’
  • Below ‘Accounts’, select ‘Add Account’
  • Touch ‘Other’
  • Select ‘IMAP’
  • Below ‘Name’, type in your name
  • Below ‘Address’, you need to provide your full Windows Live Hotmail address
  • Below Description, enter ‘IzyMail Hotmail’
  • Below ‘Incoming Mail Server’
  • Below Host ‘Name’, enter “in.izymail.com”
  • Below ‘User Name’, you will type your complete Windows Live Hotmail or MSN Hotmail
  • Don’t forget to include “@hotmail.com” For instance [email protected]
  • Below ‘Password’, you will enter your Windows Live Hotmail password.
  • Below ‘Outgoing Mail Server’
  • Below ‘Host Name’, enter “out.izymail.com”
  • Below ‘User Name’, you will type your complete Windows Live Hotmail or MSN Hotmail
  • Don’t forget to include “@hotmail.com” For instance [email protected]
  • Below ‘Password’, you will enter your Windows Live Hotmail password.
  • Touch ‘Advanced’
  • Below ‘Sent Mailbox’, you will select ‘On the Server | _Sent’
  • Below ‘Deleted Mailbox’, you will select ‘On the Server | _Sent’
  • ‘Incoming Uses SSL’ must be Off
  • “Outgoing Uses SSL” must be Off
  • Make sure that ‘Password’ is selected below ‘Authentication’.

Save the new account and go the home screen of your iPhone.
